1 S&H charges include shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail  International or UPS Ground at RDS discretion. Insurance will be included when and where available ( see footnote 7 for exceptions).  For other shipping options, contact RDS. Accessories purchased at the time of any tester system purchase, will be shipped with the system. In that case, there will be no S&H charge for the Accessory items and any overages in payment will be immediately refunded via PayPal. The Software Upgrade is not shipped so there is only a small processing fee associated with the purchase  (see footnote 6 for details).

2 Shipments to non-US countries may incur import fees or taxes. Purchasers should consider these costs when ordering systems or accessories since such costs  will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  RDS will not down-value items on customs forms to avoid payment of import fees. This is an illegal practice and would subject RDS to criminal charges and/or fines.

3 S&H charges for shipments to Canada will be 25% less. Overages will be refunded via PayPal.

4 Compatible with all tester models. Upgraded software is unique to a specific Processing Unit serial number. It cannot be activated in Processing Units of other tester systems. If purchased at the time of sale, the WinDaq/HS upgrade will be activated in the hardware prior to shipping the system. In the case of after-sale purchase of the upgrade, an unlock key will be provided to the purchaser for activation of the upgrade.

5 Tester models ReCT-03b and ReCT-MMT Starter Kit include one Acquisition Unit. Model ReCT-TRT includes two Acquisition Units.
